You will not use generated images for fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful purposes.
You retain rights to your uploaded photos. Petpuz does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
Generated images may be used for personal and commercial purposes.

Export Compliance

Our service is available worldwide. However, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding AI-generated content. Petpuz is not available in regions where AI image generation services are prohibited by law.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates our terms. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.
