Once an image generation request is submitted, it is processed immediately by our AI system and cannot be cancelled.
Point purchases made via PayPal can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours if no points have been used. Contact us at paisleypetart@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID.
You may request account deletion at any time by emailing paisleypetart@gmail.com. Unused points are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account deletion.
